Frequently Asked Questions
How does personalization work? Simply enter your custom text in the personalization field on the product page before adding to your cart. CharmyPop reproduces your text exactly as entered. Please review your spelling carefully before completing your purchase — we are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
How long does production take? All CharmyPop charms are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons and holidays, production time may be extended. We recommend ordering early during busy periods.
Can I cancel or change my order? Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting hello@charmypop.com with your order number. Once production has begun, cancellations and changes cannot be accommodated. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective? If your charm arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@charmypop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? All sales are final. Because every charm is handcrafted and made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
What are your shipping options? We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. All delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally? CharmyPop currently ships within the United States only.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.
Can I place a bulk or custom order? Yes. For orders of 10 or more pieces, or if you are looking for a custom colorway or theme not currently in our shop, please contact us at hello@charmypop.com before placing your order.
