Shipping Policy
Processing & Production Time All CharmyPop products are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
During peak seasons and holidays, production time may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery during busy periods.
For bulk orders of 10 or more items, additional production time is required. Please contact us at hello@charmypop.com before placing a bulk order so we can confirm availability and provide an estimated production timeline.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Speed We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. CharmyPop is not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by events outside our control.
Where We Ship CharmyPop currently ships within the United States only.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@charmypop.com with your order number. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package. Please note that once an order is transferred to the carrier, CharmyPop is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. CharmyPop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@charmypop.com. We will do our best to update it if your order has not yet shipped.
