Return & Refund Policy
All CharmyPop products are handcrafted and made to order with handmade details. Because every charm is personally customized for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@charmypop.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and cancellation request. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be accommodated.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items We take great care in handcrafting and packaging every order. If your charm arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@charmypop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be accommodated. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Return shipment of the item is not required.
Customer Responsibility for Custom Text CharmyPop reproduces custom text exactly as entered at checkout. Please review your personalization carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for spelling errors, typos, or incorrect information submitted by the customer. Orders with customer-submitted errors are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Custom Text Policy CharmyPop reserves the right to cancel any order containing text that is offensive, political, or inappropriate. A full refund will be issued in these cases.
